Guidance/Mentorship in Finding Vocational Training and Apprentice Programs

Participants in the program will be assigned a mentor to help with...

  • Researching potential Vocational Training & Apprentice Programs
  • Applying for funding for Vocational Training
  • Applying for Apprentice Programs
  • Acquiring work wear, safety equipment, and tools if needed



Guidance/Mentorship in Establishing/Re-Establishing Relationships w/ Children and Families

Participants in the program will be assigned a mentor to help network with other organizations and agencies in the community to...

  • Work towards Re-Unification with family and children
  • File paperwork to establish or modify parenting plan
  • Enroll in any parenting classes they may need



Help acquiring Drivers License, Identification, and Social Security Card

Been There Done That will provide participants with a voucher to obtain drivers license, Washington State ID, and Social Security card


If driving privileges are revoked the mentor will help work towards getting license re-instated.



Help finding potential Housing

Participants in the program will be assigned a mentor to help with...

  • Finding suitable housing prior to release
  • Applying for housing
  • Applying for funding for housing

When appropriate Been There, Done That will provide funding for individuals
